Meet our Staff Members

Robert W Kellemen, Ph.D.: Bob is the part-time Executive Director of the BCC, the Executive Director of the Association of Biblical Counselors’ Center for Church Equipping, and the Founder and CEO of RPM Ministries. Bob has pastored three churches and he chaired the MA in Christian Counseling and Discipleship department at Capital Bible Seminary for 15 years. Bob and his wife, Shirley (who is a kindergarten teacher), have been married for over 30 years; they have two adult children, Josh and Marie. Dr. Kellemen is the author of six books including Equipping Counselors for Your Church.

 

Mike Costanzo, M.A.: Mike holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida and a B.A. in Japanese from the University of Maryland. He is passionate about art, music, foreign languages, and embracing the struggles and challenges of life with hope and determination. He and his wife Jen have been married for eight years and are enjoying caring for their three sons, Tyler, Ian, & Asher. Mike works part-time for the BCC as IT Content Manager, creating custom graphics, posting content, and managing the resource library.

Don and Linda Pyle: Don and Linda have been involved with Biblical Counseling for the past 11 years, serving as lay counselors in their church. They are passionate about helping people understand the purposes God has for their lives.  Don serves as an elder at their church; Linda is NANC certified and maintains office hours at church to mentor and counsel women.  They have been married more than 30 years and have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren.  Don and Linda make their home in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan and have partnered together to help the BCC.
