Rick is the Site Coordinator of The Urban Ministry Institute, Chester, PA. He holds a D.Min. from Westminster Theological Seminary. Rick has done school and church counseling for more than 35 years and worked in bi-vocational pastoral roles in two multi-ethnic congregations. His books include Get Outta My Face, and Get Offa My Case published by Shepherd Press for parents with difficult teens. Rick has served on the CCEF Board of Directors since 1993. He and Betty have six children and 15 grandchildren.
